Responsibilities

• Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and digital logs.
• Deliver excellent customer service at delivery and collection points.
• Comply with road safety regulations and driving legislation.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentation.

Job Specification – HGV Cat C Driver (Part-Time)

Job Title: HGV Cat C Driver
Hours: 16 hours per week
Working Days: Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Shift Length: 8.5 hours per shift (includes 30‑minute unpaid break)
Pay Rate: £14.87 per hour
Pay Frequency: Paid weekly on Fridays
Base Location: Newton Aycliffe
Typical Delivery Areas: Leeds, Hull, Washington, and surrounding regions

Role Overview

Requirements

Essential:

• Valid HGV Cat C (Class 2) licence
