Job summary

Vanta Staffing is seeking HGV Class 2 (Cat C) drivers for an established operation in Aylesbury. The role runs Monday to Friday with a 06:00 start and an expected finish around 16:00, offering 10 hours guaranteed pay per shift and 12–15 daily deliveries of palletised metal products.

Training and site familiarisation are provided to ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence is required.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph knowledge is required.
• Previous multi-drop experience is preferred.

• Monday to Friday work.
• 06:00 start with an expected finish around 16:00.
• 10 hours guaranteed pay per shift, even if deliveries finish early.
• Approximately 12-15 deliveries per day.

Vanta Staffing are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers for an established and busy operation in Aylesbury.

We have immediate opportunities for drivers to cover holiday and sickness, with the potential for temp-to-perm positions for the right candidates.

The Role

• Monday to Friday work
• 06:00 start with an expected finish around 16:00
• 10 hours guaranteed pay, even if deliveries are completed earlier
• Approximately 12-15 deliveries per day
• Multi-drop, palletised deliveries
• Delivering metal products
• Vehicle loaded by the warehouse
• Customers unload using their own forklift
• Full training and site familiarisation provided

The Ideal Driver

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence
• CPC and Digital Tachograph
• Previous multi-drop experience preferredGood customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable completing multiple deliveries throughout the day
• Professional approach to customers and vehicle care
