Job summary

Resolute Recruitment is seeking a Class 2 Driver (LGV C) in Glasgow for a permanent role. You will handle ongoing deliveries with a 07:00–08:00 start, enjoy full training, and work Monday to Friday with optional weekend overtime.

HGV CLASS 2 DRIVER (Glasgow) LGV C

Straight to Permanent – MonFri – Immediate Start – New Passes Welcome

Location: Glasgow, G72

Pay: Salary when permanent of £35,000 – £40,000

Job Overview

Class 2 Driver – working an approximate 07:00–08:00 start and 2–7 jobs per shift.

The role requires operating an LGV C vehicle with HIAB machinery training supplied and no hand‑balling.

Full training is provided and the position is permanent.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime available.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 / Category LGV C driving licence
• Valid in‑date CPC & Digi cards
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well with others and independently
• No more than 6 points on licence for insurance (no DR/DD/BA offences)
