Job summary

Driver Hire Glasgow is looking for a Class 2 (HGV 2) driver with experience for temporary ongoing work, with a potential to become permanent for the right candidate. The role requires a UK C licence with digital tacho card and full CPC, and strict adherence to driver hours and regulations.

Paying between £10.25 and £12.25 per hour under PAYE, with holiday pay and pension benefits; all PAYE and NI are paid directly to HMRC. Overtime is payable after 8 hours.

Job description

Due to an increase in business Driver Hire Glasgow are looking to recruit a Class 2, HGV 2, Cat C, with experience for temporary ongoing work. This may become permanent for the correct candidate

Requirements

As a competent and experienced Class 2 Driver, you will have;

• UK C licence with digital tacho card and full CPC
• No more than 6 points for minor offences
• An understanding of driver hours and regulations

Pay and Hours

• Pay / PAYE rate from £10.25 - £12.25
• Working for Driver Hire Glasgow you will be accrue holiday pay pension benefits all PAYE and National Insurance is paid directly to HMRC.
• The working pattern may be variable, with overtime payments after 8 hours .
