Job summary

Driver Hire Glasgow is recruiting a Class 1 (HGV 1) driver for temporary ongoing work in Glasgow. Potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You must hold a UK C+E licence with a digital tachograph card and full CPC, with no more than 6 points for minor offences and a solid understanding of driver hours and regulations.

Pay is PAYE from £10.75 to £12.75 per hour. Overtime after 8 hours is possible.

Job description

Due to an increase in business Driver Hire Glasgow are looking to recruit a Class 1, HGV 1, Cat C & E, with experience for temporary ongoing work. This may become permanent for the correct candidate

Requirements

As a competent and experienced Class 1 Driver, you will have;

• UK C+E licence with digital tacho card and full CPC
• No more than 6 points for minor offences
• An understanding of driver hours and regulations

Pay & Hours

• Pay / PAYE rate from £10.75 to 12.75
• Working for Driver Hire Glasgow you will be accrue holiday pay pension benefits all PAYE and National Insurance is paid directly to HMRC.
• The working pattern may be variable, with overtime payments after 8 hours.
