Job summary

Hiregiant (South West) Ltd is seeking a Class 2 HGV driver based in Bedminster, Bristol for ongoing work with immediate start. Typical days begin at 6am, Monday to Friday, with 9–10 hour shifts and 5–15 drops across Bristol and the Southwest.

You’ll perform vehicle checks, secure loads, and complete paperwork to ensure smooth daily operation. Salary is £16.00 per hour with weekly pay; overtime is available at enhanced rates.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Full UK driving licence with Cat C, CPC and Tacho.
• CPC and Tacho knowledge required for daily operation and compliance.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and load security throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 2 HGV and complete drops across Bristol and the Southwest.

Excellent opportunity for an Class 2 HGV driver based in Bedminster, Bristol.

Hiregiant are currently looking for an Class 2 HGV driver to join the team in Bedminster, you will be working for a national supplier completing drops across Bristol and the Southwest.

A typical day starts at 6am and could be up to 10 hours, working Monday to Friday. The load will need to be unloaded on the tail lift and usually 5 to 15 drops.

Each shift you will need to complete vehicle checks, make sure the load is secure and complete paperwork.

This is a great opportunity for ongoing Class 2 HGV driving work, with an excellent company who value their employees.

Hours and pay

• Working Monday to Friday starting at 6am and usually working 9 to 10 hours.
• £16.00 per hour paid weekly every Friday.
• Overtime available paid at an enhanced rate.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence, with category C.
• Valid CPC and Tacho.
• Safety boots andhigh viz.
