Job summary

Hiregiant are currently looking for a Class 2 HGV driver to join the team in Bedminster, you will be working for a national supplier completing drops across Bristol and the Southwest.

A typical day starts at 6am and could be up to 10 hours, working Monday to Friday. The load will need to be unloaded on the tail lift and usually 5 to 15 drops.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with category C.
• Valid CPC and Tacho.
• Safety boots and high viz.
• An understanding of health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring loads are secure.
• Unloading loads on tail lift and completing paperwork.
• Making up to 5–15 drops per shift across Bristol and the Southwest.

Hours and pay

• Working Monday to Friday starting at 6am and usually working 9 to 10 hours.
• £16.00 per hour paid weekly every Friday.
• Overtime available paid at an enhanced rate.
