Job summary

Hiregiant is seeking a Class 1 HGV Flatbed Driver based in Warmley, Bristol, for permanent employment. You will drive flatbed vehicles, handle load security, and complete paperwork with minimal handball due to forklift loading.

Typical day starts at 7am with 9 hours, 4–6 drops weekly, and payment of £16.75 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays. Licences and safety requirements are detailed in the responsibilities.

Qualifications

Excellent opportunity for an HGV Class 1 Flatbed Driver based in Warmley, Bristol.

Permanent Class 1 HGV Driving. Paid as a Class 1 Driver but driving either Class 1, Class 2, 7.5 Tonne or 3.5 Tonne.

Hiregiant hare an exciting vacancy for a Class 1 HGV Flatbed Driver to join the team in Warmley, Bristol. You will be driving a Flatbed vehicle, usually completing 4 to 6 drops or collections, starting at 7am and usually finished by 4pm, working Monday to Friday.

You will need to strap and secure the load, complete vehicle checks and complete paperwork. However, minimal handball will be involved as the truck is loaded and mostly unloaded for you by Forklift.

You will be paid as a Class 1 Driver, however will be required to sometimes drive our smaller 7.5 Tonne or 3.5 Tonne vehicles.
