Job summary

Pickfords Move Management Ltd is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a regional branch and deliver superior customer service. The role requires leadership, flexibility and adherence to company procedures, with responsibility in the manager's absence for branch operations.

The ideal candidate will hold relevant LGV, CPC and health & safety qualifications, plus strong supervisory and planning skills to manage staff and logistics across multiple locations in the UK.

Qualifications

• Literate and numerate.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent standard desirable.
• Candidate will obtain valid LGV (category C or C+E).
• Candidate will obtain valid Drivers CPC Certificate.
• Compliant with established legal tachograph procedures and Attended Basic Practical Course and passed assessment.
• Attended Advanced Packing Skills Course and passes assessment.
• Attended Supervisory/Team Leader Skills Course and passed assessment.
• Attended Customer Service training (as available) and Attended Introduction to Management training (as available).
• Attended Health & Safety/Risk Assessment training (as available). andAttended FLT training, where applicable.
