Job summary

Pickfords Move Management Ltd in the UK is seeking a self-motivated leader to deliver superior customer service and to manage a regional branch in the Manager’s absence. You will ensure compliance with company procedures, standards of discipline, workmanship and safety at all times while directing the team.

You should have strong supervisory experience in moving or logistics, a clean driving record, and the ability to work away from home.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service
• Directing and controlling team members with Good geographic knowledge of UK
• Understanding of Working Time Directive and O-Licence regulations
• Experience in office and commercial work and safety compliance
• On-job coaching of branch staff and risk assessments

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a regional branch in the Manager’s absence.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, standards of discipline, workmanship and safety.
• Brief and debrief move teams and take necessary action as required.
• Coordinate customer service and liaise with customers to maintain high service levels.
