Job summary

B&Q Branston RDC is seeking Experienced Class 2 Drivers to join the team. The role offers a 48-hour week Tuesday to Saturday, with a base rate of £16.17 per hour and overtime at £21.75 after 48 hours. Immediate starts available, with on-site parking, EV charging, and an on-site canteen.

Candidates should have a valid Class 2 licence, CPC, Digi card, and at least 2 years of multi-drop experience. No more than 6 points on licence and strong timekeeping are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 licence, CPC card, and Digi card.
• Minimum 2 years' multi-drop experience preferred.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Strong customer service and timekeeping skills.
• Physically fit - heavy lifting required daily.
• Smart and professional presentation.
• Retail/delivery experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods safely and efficiently to customers' room of choice.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork in line with company and legal requirements.
• Handle heavy and bulky items (e.g., washing machines, kitchen units/worktops) as part of a two-person team.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety rules, transport regulations, and working time directives.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.

Hours: 48-hour working week (Tuesday - Saturday, 6:30am start)

We are looking for Experienced Class 2 Drivers to join our client's team at Branston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and strong multi-drop experience to join a friendly, supportive, and well-established operation.
