Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in Runcorn to work with a leading DIY and homeware retailer. You will drive in a 2 person crew and complete multi-drop deliveries to customer homes.

Must have Class 2 licence, DCPC, Digi-tacho, and at least 12 months driving experience; no DD/TT/DR/CD/IN endorsements. WTD compliance and Right to Work in the UK required. Weekly pay and immediate starts.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence Class 2 and 12 months commercial driving experience.
• UK DCPC card and a Digi-tacho card.
• No DD/TT/DR/CD/IN endorsements on licence.
• Right To Work in the UK and WTD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle.
• Perform multi-drop deliveries to customer homes.
• Work in a 2 person crew.
• Carry out vehicle checks and complete paperwork.
• Maintain professional appearance and interact politely with customers.

As this is a customer facing role, we are looking for people who are clean and tidy and havethe ability to deal with different types of people.

About you

Youmusthave your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least12 monthsexperience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not acceptDD, TT, DR, CD, INendorsements.

As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and maintain your own compliance requirements.

Youmustbe a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs or relocation) and have the relevant Right To Work documentation.
