Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking Class 2 Drivers to work in Cambuslang for a leading DIY retailer. You will join a two-person crew, handle multi-drop deliveries to homes, and occasional store deliveries from a busy distribution site.

Candidates should have 12 months of commercial driving experience, a valid UK DCPC and Digi-tacho card, and be eligible to work in the UK. Immediate starts and weekly pay are offered, with enhanced overtime after 48 hours.

Role & Responsibilities

This is a Customer facing role, and you will be delivering items to customer homes. You must be well presented and have a pleasant demanor, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

About you

Youmusthave your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least12 monthsexperience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not acceptDD, TT, DR, CD, INendorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and maintain your own compliance requirements. Youmustbe a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs or relocation) and have the relevant Right To Work documentation.
