GXO Rochdale is seeking a dedicated HGV Class 2 Driver to join our transport team in a full-time, permanent role on a 4 on 4 off pattern. You will deliver to JD Sports stores, manage totes, and maintain high standards of customer service and safety. Nights out are required, with start times 00:00–07:00 and a 40.25 hour week.

Salary is set at £37,417.94 per year, with a £25 night-out allowance. The role includes pension, healthcare, discounts and extensive training opportunities.

Formación

• Experience driving Class 2 vehicles required.
• Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement.
• Valid Driver Qualification and Digital Tachograph Cards.

Here atGXO Rochdale we are looking for HGV Class 2 Driversto join our transport team, supporting our customer JD Sports. You'll play a key role in ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and on time, while providing excellent service and representing both GXO and JD Sports to the highest standards.

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a 4 on 4 off pattern, contracted to 40.25 hours per week, with start times of 00:00 to 07:00.

Please note, this role requires nights out and the successful candidate will be expected to stay away from home when required as part of the role.

What you will do on a typical day:

• Complete an average of 7-8 deliveries per shift to JD Sports stores, ensuring products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time
• Load, secure and unload totes, collecting any returns and empty totes for transport back to site
• Provide excellent customer service while obtaining delivery paperwork and proof of delivery
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and follow all safety, compliance and driving regulations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous experience driving Class 2 vehicles is essential
• Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement
• Valid Driver Qualification and Digital Tachograph Cards
• No more than 6 current penalty points
• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements
