Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment are seeking Class 2 drivers for Newcastle (Stoke on Trent) to work with a leading DIY and homeware retailer. You will operate a Class 2 vehicle, perform multi-drop deliveries and work in a two-person crew, with vehicle checks and required paperwork.

Applicants must hold a Class 2 licence, with at least 12 months commercial driving experience, a valid UK DCPC, and a Digi-Tacho card.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class 2 driving licence with at least 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid UK DCPC card and Digi-tacho card are required.
• UK resident with the right to work documentation.

As this is a customer facing role, we are looking for people who are clean and tidy and havethe ability to deal with different types of people.

About you

Youmusthave your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least12 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not acceptDD, TT, DR, CD, INendorsements.As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and maintain your own compliance requirements.
Youmustbe a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs or relocation) and have the relevant Right To Work documentation.
