Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking reliable HGV Class 2 drivers for our client in Broxburn. Duties include multDrop deliveries and collections with a Class 2 vehicle, plus completing standard paperwork and vehicle checks.

12 months Class 2 experience is essential and a valid UK DCPC and Digi-tacho card are required. You should be a UK resident, able to travel to the site, and comply with Working Time Directive rules.

Qualifications

• 12 months Class 2 driving experience essential.
• UK DCPC card required, Digi-tacho card necessary.
• No DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements allowed on license.

Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle
• Multidrop deliveries andcollections
• Industry standard paperwork and vehicle checks will also be required.

About you

You will have your Class 2 Driving Licence and at least 12 months experience in commercial driving. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we cannot accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements.

As a professional driver, you will have a good knowledge of the Working Time Directive and be able to manage your hours accordingly.

You will be a UK resident (we are unable to assist people with VISAs) and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
