Position Details

Pure Staff have a fantastic ongoing opportunity for a qualified HGV Class 2 Driver in Portbury near Avonmouth in Bristol!

Pure Staff specialise in recruiting HGV drivers for the logistics, distribution, and supply chain industry, with clients across England, Wales, and Scotland. We offer work that suits drivers' needs, suitability, and personal lives.

Shift Pattern

Sunday to Thursday

Job Specifications

• Multidrop deliveries, likely caged or palletised (pump truck and tail lift)
• Average shift is 10-12 hours
• Use of a pump truck
• Daily vehicle checks
• Professional manner when dealing with customers
• Ability to complete an assessment prior to work starting
• Wearing the correct PPE (safety boots and hi-vis) at all times

Candidate Requirements

• HGV Class 2 Licence
• 12 months Class 2 experience preferred but not essential
• Valid CPC
• Clean driving license with no more than 6 points (no TT, TS, MS, DR, DD codes)

Start Times and Pay

Start times vary, but drivers should be able to start between 14:00 – 16:00.

Pay Rate: Days Monday to Friday at £17 per hour.

Note: Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly umbrella margins or payroll processing fees. Holiday pay is paid separately when you book annual leave.
