Job summary

Driver Hire Southampton is seeking a Class 2 driver to join our team for a delivery role with our client, transporting drinks and snacks to airport lounges. Successful candidates will undergo security and DBS checks and start with a 12-week temp-to-perm pathway.

The position runs Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00am, with roughly a 10-hour day. Training is provided and CPC/licence upgrading opportunities are available, with onsite parking and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Full UK Cat C licence is required.
• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card.
• Class 2 experience preferred, but newly qualified drivers welcome.
• Maximum 0 points/endorsements.
• 5 years' continuous employment history.
• Own transport.
• Good communication and timekeeping.
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries on cages with a driver's mate assisting loading/unloading.
• Role operates Monday to Friday, 7:00am–8:30am starts, ~10 hours per day.
• Security and DBS checks required.

Driver Hire Southampton is currently seeking a Class 2 driver to join our team for a delivery role with our client. The position involves transporting drinks and snacks to airport lounges.

Our client is looking for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle tasks with patience and professionalism. Successful candidates will be required to undergo security and DBS checks.

The role:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00am-8:30am start times (on average a 10 hour day)
