Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Class 2 Cylinder Driver in Bury St Edmunds to join our client’s team. The role involves multi-drop gas cylinder deliveries, strict safety standards, and professional customer service in line with client requirements.

Shifts run roughly 7am–5pm with potential overtime and some Saturdays. Benefits include pension and comprehensive training; immediate start with ongoing assignment into 2027.

Salary: GBP18.29 - GBP27.44 per hour

Are you a Class 2 ADR driver seeking a new opportunity? Join our client's team at Saxham and enjoy:

Competitive Pay: Earn £18.29 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, OT and weekends paid at £27.44 per hour. 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Yearly Bonuses: Earn up to £1000 every 6 months

Flexible Shifts: Monday to Friday with some Saturdays in busy times. The hours of work will be around the hours of 7am - 5pm. Some overtime is required

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card


• ADR licence in class 2 in packages


• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.

Details:

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant licences will be considered


• The role is due to start immediately and will be ongoing up to April/MAy 2027.


• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
