Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is looking for a Class 2 ADR driver to join our Birkenhead team. You will deliver multi-drop gas cylinders and provide exceptional customer service, with a guaranteed 42.5 hours per week and overtime at premium rates (£25.70).

The role starts immediately and runs through April 2027, with 28 days' holiday, paid training, on-site parking, PPE, and access to Manpower's MyPath online courses. Valid Cat C, ADR Class 2, Digi, DCPC and DBS checks are required.

Competitive Pay: Earn £17.13 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £25.70 Weekends paid at £25.70 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Yearly Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses twice a year of up to £1000

Flexible Shifts: Monday to Friday with some Saturdays in busy times. The hours of work will be around the hours of 7am - 5pm. Some overtime is required.

Requirements:

• Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card
• ADR licence in class 2 in packages
• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.
• Successful candidates require a DBS check.

Details:

• Minimum of 6 month relevant HGV experience
• The role is due to start immediately and will run until April 2027 when it will be reviewed
• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
