Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting a Class 2 Driver for a family-owned construction materials distributor in Amesbury. This temporary-to-permanent role offers a 12-week temp period with a permanent contract subject to performance.

Deliver concrete and cement-based products to commercial and private customers, maintaining vehicle safety and building strong customer relationships. Training provided; CPC renewal paid. Mon-Fri, with start times from 6am, assigned vehicle each shift.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• CPC and Tachograph (Tacho) card required.
• Newly qualified drivers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cement-based products to commercial and private customers.
• Build good relationships with customers on delivery.
• Ensure safety and maintenance of the vehicle.

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to work on behalf of a family-owned construction materials distribution company based in Amesbury. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with a 12-week temporary period followed by a permanent contract, subject to performance.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering concrete to both commercial and residential customers at various sites as required each day.

• £13.97 per hour
• CPC renewal fully paid
• Monday - Friday
• Flexible start and finish times (start times from 6am)
• You will be assigned the same vehicle every shift

Duties of a Van Driver:

• Delivering a variety of cement-based products to both commercial and private customers
• Building good relationships with customers upon delivery
• Ensuring safety and maintenance of vehicle.
• Full training provided

Requirements for this Van Driver Role:

• Full UK relevant driving licence (No more than 6 points)
• Full CPC and Tacho Card
• Newly qualified drivers
