Turners (Soham) Ltd is recruiting LGV Class 1 Food Grade Tanker Drivers for the Newmarket depot. Night shifts available across varying weekly patterns. You will drive a Food Grade Tanker, engage with planning teams, and maintain high safety and customer service standards.

Applicants should have a full HGV Class 1 licence, CPC and Tacho Card. Tanker experience is preferred but not essential; PPE includes safety boots. A supportive, growing company environment awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Full HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence is mandatory.
• Driver CPC & Tacho Card required.
• Tanker experience preferred but not essential.
• Minimum PPE of Safety Boots.

Turners (Soham) Ltd is seeking to recruit LGV Class 1 Food Grade Tanker Drivers to be based at our Newmarket depot, CB8 7NR.Shifts available: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday , Wednesday to Sunday , Thursday to Monday, Friday to Monday. This is a Night shift position.As a professional driver you will be required to demonstrate skill, professionalism, and excellent customer service.Working for our Food Grade Division you will develop close working relationships with your planning and training team, alongside other drivers and staff members in a close-knit organisation that strives to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all.The haulage industry is one of varying hours and timings and will require potential candidates to be flexible in their approach to start and finish times.Shift lengths do vary but you will be expected to comply with the Tachograph & Working Time Directive regulations at all times.As a large and ever-expanding company, Turners can take on new drivers with limited experience. All we ask is you are willing and keen to learn, growing our driving group with knowledgeable and competent members. We are always keen to take on experienced drivers and recognize the knowledge and strengths you can bring to the organisation. Successful applicants MUST have the following:
