Job Title: Class 1 or Class 2 HGV Driver

Location: Haverhill, Suffolk

Salary: Up to GBP 16 per hour, depending on licences held.

Hours: 40 hours per week (start & end times may vary)

Contract: Temporary ongoing; a permanent contract could be offered for the right person.

Our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk, is seeking a HGV Class 1 or Class 2 Driver.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver products to various sites across the UK.
• Secure loads using appropriate methods (e.g., ratchet straps, chains) in compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with chains, ratchets, and corner protectors.
