Job summary

Bulkhaul is recruiting experienced LGV Class 1 drivers to join our UK network, delivering bulk liquids and powders in tank containers across the Yorkshire corridor and national routes. Night-out stays average 2-3 per week; Shifts may include weekends or bank holidays.

You will perform safety checks, complete paperwork, comply with ADR rules, and maintain vehicle cleanliness. A valid LGV Class 1 license, CPC, ADR for hazardous liquids, and DQC are required, with good knowledge of UK roads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid ADR license for hazardous liquids.
• LGV Class One (C+E) licence; Driver CPC with DQC.
• Good knowledge of UK roads and compliance with WTD.

Responsibilities

• Transport bulk liquids, gasses and powders across the UK, complying with ADR and safety rules.
• Carry out daily vehicle and trailer safety checks and report faults.
• Complete delivery notes, driving logs and permit documentation accurately.
• Load/unload safely using pumps/valves and ensure cleanliness between loads.
• Communicate with clients and managers to ensure on-time deliveries.
