Job summary

Bulkhaul is seeking experienced LGV Class 1 drivers to join our team. You will transport bulk liquids and powders in tank containers across the UK, with overnights as needed.

Night-outs average 2–3 per week, with competitive hourly pay and overtime. Benefits include pension, holiday pay, and full PPE provided.

Applicants must hold LGV Class One license, CPC, ADR for hazardous liquids, and a tachograph card; previous tank experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ months Class 1 driving experience.
• Valid LGV Class One (C+E) licence.
• Driver CPC with DQC.
• ADR licence for hazardous liquids.
• Digital tachograph card held.
• Experience with bulk liquids, tankers and related equipment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations for dangerous goods.
• Ability to plan routes and use navigation tools within legal limits.

Responsibilities

• Transport bulk liquids, gases or powders across the UK.
• Perform daily safety checks and report issues.
• Complete paperwork including delivery notes and logs.
• Load/unload bulk liquids safely per procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients and site staff.
• Adhere to Working Time Directive and tachograph rules.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for hazardous materials.
