Job summary

Bulkhaul is seeking experienced LGV Class 1 drivers to join our team. You will transport bulk liquids and powders in tank containers across the UK, with night-outs 2–3 nights per week depending on business needs. Safety, compliance, and timely deliveries are paramount.

The role requires a valid LGV Class 1 (C+E) license, Driver CPC with a valid DQC, and an ADR license for liquids. You will perform daily safety checks and coordinate with the fleet maintenance team to ensure vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience.
• Must hold LGV Class One (C+E) license with entitlements.
• Must have Driver CPC training and a valid DQC.
• ADR license required for liquids transport.
• Valid digital tachograph card.
• Experience with tankers, pumps and valves is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of UK roads and routes.
• Able to meet physical requirements for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Transport bulk powders and liquids across the UK in tank containers, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Carry out daily vehicle and trailer safety checks and report issues.
• Complete and file delivery notes, driving logs, and compliance records.
• Ensure proper loading/unloading procedures and equipment operation.
