Job summary

Collard Group is recruiting HGV drivers with waste and aggregates experience. Daily driving duties, safe work practices, and adherence to health & safety standards are required. Applicants must have Class 2 CPC and digicard, with at least 1 year of relevant driving experience; experience in waste management or construction is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of driving similar vehicles.
• Experience in waste management or construction is desirable.
• Must be a team player with good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily while complying with legal obligations and company procedures.
• Adhere to drivers hours and working time regulations.
• Ensure vehicle is roadworthy before and during use.
• Maintain communication with the traffic office on progress.
• Complete all relevant paperwork correctly.
• Report incidents to the Transport Team immediately.
• Work safely and responsibly to protect the company and customers.
