Pure Staff is recruiting for a Class 1 Driver role outlined below.

Pay Rates for Class 1 Night Drivers

Days: £16.50 per hour, Monday to Friday, PAYE only. Note: The quoted rate excludes holiday pay, which is paid separately.

Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly umbrella margins or payroll processing fees.

About the Role

We are seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers for temporary work with a client specializing in distributing fresh milk and dairy products across the UK. Our client in Tewkesbury is a well-regarded, family-run business known for treating drivers well, based on positive feedback.

The role involves joining their smoothly operated team on a temporary basis, with flexibility to work Monday-Friday and weekends.

Driver Responsibilities

• Trunking to RDC
• Store deliveries of cages
• Flexibility to work different contracts
• Manual handling as required

Candidate Requirements

• Valid HGV C+E Class 1 License
• Preferred but not essential: 6 months experience
• Valid CPC Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Clean driving license with no more than 6 points (no TT, TS, MS, DR, DD codes)

Shift Details

Start times vary between 04:00 and 08:00. Shifts can be long, up to 10-12 hours, in accordance with tachograph law.
