Pure Staff is recruiting for a Class 1 Driver role based in Tewkesbury.

Pay Rates for Class 1 Night Drivers

Days: £16.50 per hour (Monday to Friday, PAYE only)

Please note, the above rate does not include holiday pay, which is paid separately.

Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly umbrella margins or payroll processing fees.

We are seeking HGV Class 1 Drivers for immediate temporary work with a client specializing in distributing fresh milk and dairy products across the UK. Our client in Tewkesbury is a well-established, family-run business known for treating their drivers well, based on positive feedback.

The role involves working on a flexible basis, including weekdays and weekends.

Driver Responsibilities

• Trunking to an RDC
• Store deliveries of cages
• Flexibility to work different contracts
• Manual handling

Candidate Requirements

• Valid HGV C+E Class 1 Driving License
• Preferably 6 months experience (not essential)
• Valid CPC Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Clean driving license with no more than 6 points (no TT, TS, MS, DR, DD codes)

Start times vary, typically between 04:00 and 08:00. Shifts may last 10 to 12 hours, in accordance with tachograph laws.
