Job summary

Manpower Wales is recruiting a Class 1 Driver in the Haverfordwest area to join a leading logistics provider. The role covers day, night and tramping shifts on a 4-on, 4-off pattern with a focus on safety, reliability and driver wellbeing.

Responsibilities include delivering and trunking, daily vehicle checks, tachograph compliance, and accurate paperwork, with professional conduct at all customer and depot locations. Prior driving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence required.
• Digital Tachograph card required.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• Professional, reliable and safety‑conscious approach.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work days, nights or tramping shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rota.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles in line with transport legislation and company procedures.
• Complete deliveries, collections and trunking routes efficiently and on schedule.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Ensure compliance with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and tachograph regulations.
• Complete paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Maintain regular communication with the transport team and represent the company professionally at customer locations.
