Job summary

Manpower Wales is recruiting for experienced Class 1 Drivers in the Haverfordwest area on behalf of a leading logistics provider. Various shifts are available, including day, night and tramp, all on a 4-on, 4-off pattern, with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability and driver wellbeing.

You will unload and deliver, perform trunking routes, and maintain accurate records while adhering to drivers' hours rules and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence required.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• Professional, reliable and safety‑conscious approach essential.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail required.
• Flexibility to work days, nights or tramping shifts on a 4‑on, 4‑off rota.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles in line with transport legislation and company procedures.
• Complete deliveries, collections, and trunking routes efficiently and on schedule.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Ensure compliance with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and tachograph regulations.
• Complete all paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Maintain regular communication with the transport team.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally at all customer and depot locations.
