Job summary

Gregory Distribution Ltd in Haverfordwest, West Wales, is seeking an experienced HGV driver for 4on 4off shifts. You will load/unload refrigerated goods, complete 4–5 daily drops across South Wales, and maintain safety and record keeping with a company smartphone.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 CE licence and DCPC are essential.
• Digital Tachograph card required for compliance.
• Experience with refrigerated trailers is advantageous but training is provided.
• Strives to deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload refrigerated goods safely in line with food safety standards.
• Complete 4–5 drops per shift from Haverfordwest to South Wales stores.
• Handball and self-tipping at delivery points with autonomy.
• Plan daily routes using schedules, traffic and delivery orders.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and use a smartphone for inspections.
• Maintain open communication with transport team and document deliveries.
• Attend ongoing training on regulations and safety practices.
• Represent the company professionally at every stop.
