This role offers flexible shifts, regular or supplementary work to fit around your schedule, with opportunities across a well-established operation and a commitment to safe, professional service on every delivery. Eligible drivers of all experience levels, including newly qualified, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV licence(s) for Class 1 and/or Class 2.
• Digital tachograph card and understanding of tachograph rules.
• Knowledge of UK driving regs and road safety.
• Experience driving HGV vehicles with focus on safety and efficiency.
• Ability to complete vehicle checks and maintain paperwork.
• Good communication and professional attitude with customers.
• Strong time management and reliable to schedules.
• Willingness to assist with loading/unloading when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles safely and compliantly.
• Complete scheduled deliveries and collections on routes.
• Check vehicles before and after journeys; report defects.
• Follow tachograph rules and working time regulations.
• Secure loads and maintain safe driving at all times.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate Class 1 and Class 2 vehicles in a safe and compliant manner.
• Complete scheduled deliveries and collections across assigned routes.
• Ensure vehicles are checked before and after journeys, reporting any defects promptly.
• Follow all relevant driving regulations, including tachograph and working time requirements.
• Secure loads correctly and maintain safe driving standards at all times.
• Provide a professional service to customers, keeping communication clear and timely.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork in line with company and legal requirements.
• Adhere to company policies, including health and safety, site rules, and traffic management procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
