Job summary

Barker Ross Group is recruiting for a HGV/LGV Class 1 driver in the United Kingdom. The role involves general haulage work with a variety of loads and a focus on safety, efficiency and professionalism on a multi-site network.

Applicants must hold a valid HGV/LGV Class 1 licence, driver card, CPC, and meet experience requirements. A positive can-do attitude and the ability to work well alone or in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• HGV/LGV Class 1 licence required.
• Driver card valid.
• CPC card valid.
• Minimum 3 months general haulage experience and 6 months UK Class 1 driving experience.
• Customer-friendly manner with a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Solid understanding of tachograph rules and the Working Time Directive.
• Digital tachograph card holder.
• Right to work in the UK.
• No more than 3 points on licence.
• No DD or DR offences.
