Job summary

Gi Group are currently recruiting multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers in Nottingham (NG6) for one of the worlds leading parcel delivery networks. Shifts run 1300-2030, Monday to Friday, averaging 12 hours per day.

PAYE rates are: Monday-Friday £20.34/hr, Saturday £25.94/hr, Sunday £28.95/hr, with holiday pay included. Tachograph and CPC valid, 12 months experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Presentable appearance and a positive attitude.
• No more than 6 penalty points. No DD / IN / DR / DN / TT codes.
• Must hold a valid, in-date Tachograph & CPC.
• At least 12 months experience as a Class 1 Driver.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Vehicle checks.
• Trunking work to depots.
• Delivering safely to customers throughout the UK.
• Prioritising workload to meet time commitments.

* Please note that these pay rates are PAYE and include advanced holiday pay

HGV Class 1 Driver main duties will include

• - Conducting Vehicle checks

HGV Class 1 Driver requirements

• - A presentable appearance, an eye for detail and a positive attitude.
• - No more than 6 penalty points. No DD / IN / DR / DN / TT endorsement codes
• - Hold a valid, in date Tachograph & CPC
• - Must have at least 12 months experience as a Class 1 Driver
