Job summary

Temp Station Ltd in the UK is recruiting for Class 1 drivers to operate trunk runs and trailer swaps from Stoke ST5 for a National Blue Chip client. The role involves 3–4 trailer swaps per shift, no manual handling, and starts on set run times between 13:00 and 00:00, Monday to Friday.

You will need a full C+E license, a Digi card and a full CPC, with at least 1 year of experience for insurance. No more than 6 points, and no DD/DR/INs.

Qualifications

• Full C+E license, Digi Card, and full CPC required.
• 1 year experience required for insurance purposes.
• No DD, DR, INs and no more than 6 points on your license.
• In-house CPC training available at reduced cost.

Responsibilities

• Trunk run/trailer swaps at set hubs nationwide.
• Ensure Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
• Communicate with transport office.
• Complete all paperwork in an orderly manner.
• Work to all WTD rules.
• Set run with timed drops working Monday to Friday on a range of start times between 13.00pm and 00.00am.
• Start dates vary over the next few weeks.
• Agency work and adhoc not guaranteed every week.

Due to client growth we have a number of class 1 vacancies to work on days/nights for one of our National Blue Chip clients running out of Stoke ST5

The average is around 3 to 4 trailer swaps, there is no manual handling involved

• This is a set run with timed drops working Monday to Friday on a range of start times between 13.00pm and 00.00am
• Start dates various over the next few weeks
• This role is agency work and adhoc not guaranteed every week
