Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is recruiting for a Class 1 Driver in Haydock to join a leading UK supermarket logistics operation. You will handle ambient and chilled deliveries with up to three drops per shift, working in a night-time schedule.

You must hold a Class 1 licence with at least 2 years of commercial driving, UK DCPC, and Digi‑tacho. Endorsements restricted to 6 points; visa relocation not offered. Roles start immediately with weekly pay and on-site facilities.

About you

You will have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 2 years experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we cannot accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and be able to monitor and keep your working hours accordingly.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
