Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking part-time Class 1 Drivers in Preston to work with a leading UK parcel distribution company. This role offers guaranteed shifts, including Sundays or Fridays, with additional shifts available throughout the week.

You must have a Class 1 licence, DCPC, Digi-tacho and at least 6 months of commercial driving experience. You will drive trunking or collections, perform vehicle checks and comply with WTD regulations while maintaining hours and road safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' commercial Class 1 driving experience.
• UK DCPC card required.
• Valid Digi-tacho card.
• No DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements accepted.
• Must comply with WTD regulations.
• UK resident; travel to site for shifts; visa/relocation not provided.

Pay Rate: £24.94 to £37.08 p/h

Shifts: GUARANTEED SHIFTS - Applicants must be available to work Sunday or Friday, with additional shifts available throughout the week.

About you:

You will have your Class 1 Driving Licence and at least 6 months experience driving commercially. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we cannot accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations and be able to monitor and keep your working hours accordingly.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
