Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting Class 1 Drivers for ongoing work with an established logistics business based in Lincolnshire.

Our client operates a busy general haulage operation, offering curtainsider, ferry trailer and fridge work with drops across Northern England. Day shift Monday to Friday, 10 to 12 hours per shift, £18.49 per hour – paid weekly. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with at least 1 year’s driving experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• No more than 6 points with no restricted endorsement codes.
• Experience of curtainsider and/or fridge work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate general haulage for a busy logistics client across Northern England.
• Deliver drops to customer sites, ensuring on-time handovers and compliance.

To be considered as an Class 1 Driver, you will need:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with a minimum of 1 year’s driving experience
