Job summary

StaffCo Direct Ltd is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing trunking work in Rugby. This role involves depot-to-depot trunking with no multi-drop deliveries, a five-day operation, and consistent start times for reliable weekly bookings.

Shifts average 10–12 hours with 8 hours guaranteed per shift, and immediate starts are available. PAYE rates are competitive, with weekly pay and ongoing support from a dedicated account team.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 1 year.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph card required.
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, IN, or DR offences).
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network.

Responsibilities

• Depot-to-depot trunking work with no store deliveries or multi-drop.

StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing trunking work based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent long-term work, immediate starts, and competitive PAYE rates within a well-organised 5-day operation. Drivers will benefit from a straightforward depot-to-depot trunking role with regular Monday to Friday block bookings and consistent start times.

Pay Rates (PAYE)

£19ph
plus accrued holiday pay , or
£21.29ph including holiday pay

What the role involves

You’ll be completing depot-to-depot trunking work with no store deliveries or multi-drop involved. Start times are between 17:00 and 23:59 , with Monday to Friday block bookings available every week .The operation runs 5 days per week , with shifts averaging 10-12 hours and 8 hours guaranteed per shift . Immediate starts are available with ongoing weekly bookings.

Our ideal candidate

• Holds a valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 1 year
• Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Has no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, IN, or DR offences)
• Has excellent knowledge of the UK road network
