Job summary

StaffCo Direct Ltd is seeking HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for ongoing trunking work in Rugby. This role offers regular start times, Monday to Friday work, and a straightforward depot-to-depot operation with consistent weekly bookings.

Shifts are typically 10–12 hours, with 8 hours guaranteed per shift. Immediate starts are available, and PAYE rates start at £19 per hour with £21.29 per hour including holiday pay. Weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with at least 1 year
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• No more than 6 penalty points (no DD/IN/DR offences)
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network

StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing trunking work based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent long-term work, immediate starts, and competitive PAYE rates within a well-organised 5-day operation.

Drivers will benefit from a straightforward depot-to-depot trunking role with regular Monday to Friday block bookings and consistent start times.

Pay Rates (PAYE)

• £19ph plus accrued holiday pay, or £21.29ph including holiday pay

What the role involves

You'll be completing depot-to-depot trunking work with no store deliveries or multi-drop involved.

Start times are between 17:00 and 23:59, with Monday to Friday block bookings available every week.

The operation runs 5 days per week, with shifts averaging 10–12 hours and 8 hours guaranteed per shift. Immediate starts are available with ongoing weekly bookings.

Our ideal candidate

• Holds a valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held for at least 1 year
• Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Has no more than 6 penalty points (no DD, IN, or DR offences)
• Has excellent knowledge of the UK road network
