Job summary

Manpower UK Ltd is recruiting for a Class 1 Driver role in Woking. The position offers regular, ongoing work with an hourly rate reflecting UK market norms and a supportive logistics environment. Qualifications

• Valid UK C+E driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than five penalty points and no serious driving endorsements.
• At least 2 years HGV driving experience in logistics or distribution.
• Good knowledge of UK road transport legislation and vehicle safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 1 vehicle on planned routes between distribution centres and delivery locations.
• Transport mail, parcels and freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects according to procedures.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and secure all goods.
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Work independently while communicating with the operations team.
• Follow road transport laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
