Sedgwick is hiring a Commercial Property Claims Technician in the Leeds area. The role supports Loss Adjusters, triaging new claims and coordinating visits while handling customer, supplier, insurer and broker interactions with empathy and initiative.

You will be responsible for ensuring timely progression of claims, delivering high technical quality, and maintaining excellent customer experience. The role offers hybrid working from office or home and comprehensive benefits.

• Experience in managing claims across multiple clients.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
• Commitment to professional development toward Cert CILA.

Responsibilities

• Triages new claims and initiates Loss Adjuster visit.

• Manages claims information and supplier projects to control costs and payments.
