Job Description

The Claims Team Manager will:

• Drive performance against targets, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Manage the operational performance of the large loss casualty fraud team.
• Ensure financial performance for clients while maintaining high-quality service.
• Implement SOPs and deliver operational excellence.

The Successful Applicant

The Claims Team Manager should be:

• A solicitor with at least 4 PQE with extensive experience in claims management or operational leadership.
• Familiar with driving team performance and managing large loss casualty fraud cases.
• Experienced in managing KPIs, SLAs, and targets within a legal environment.
