Davies is seeking a proactive Team Manager to lead a Major Complex Loss claims team. You will drive day-to-day operations, coach colleagues, manage performance and ensure SLA delivery while maintaining a calm, accountable work environment.

You will set up the team, monitor targets, provide MI and support recruitment as needed, helping to optimise processes and customer outcomes in a busy claims function.

Qualificações

• Previous experience leading, supervising or managing a team within claims, insurance or customer service.
• Strong understanding of claims operations, service standards and SLAs.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and developing colleagues to achieve objectives.
• Confident managing performance, attendance and development conversations.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workloads, manage rotas and respond to changing business demands.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day running of the claims team to meet SLAs.
• Coach and develop colleagues and manage performance.
• Set up team rotas and monitor attendance and holidays.
• Provide daily/weekly reports to track trends and identify improvements.
• Lead compliance with office standards and delegated authority agreements.
