The Graduate is seeking a claims handler with insurance experience to manage an assigned portfolio of client cases in Northampton. The role emphasizes professional development and qualifications with strong support for progression into leadership.
You will handle cases end-to-end, liaise with surveyors/engineers, negotiate settlements, and maintain clear client communication while updating internal systems.

Responsibilities
- Looking after a range of cases and coordinating with other teams to ensure successful resolution.
- Communicating facts on building solutions related to claims, ensuring all facts are verified before client communication.
- Examing documentation to confirm the facts and staying on top of case progress.
- Liaising with Surveyor or Civil Engineer who attends site or reviews documentation and images.
- Updating customers on progress and managing their experience throughout the repair process.
- Working with the building solutions team to manage jobs from start to finish and handle issues.
- Engaging with claimants to reach settlements and maintaining internal systems with accurate data.
