Job summary

Davies is seeking a Claims Handler for our Stoke office. You will be the first point of contact for clients, liaising with customers, insurers and colleagues nationwide to manage claims efficiently.

The role balances on-site duties with hybrid work after probation, offering a supportive environment and growth opportunities. You will analyse policies, communicate progress, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting the Property team.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers, insurers, suppliers, and colleagues nationwide
• Analysing policies to determine claim coverage and devise efficient claims processing strategies
• Keeping policyholders informed about claim progress through correspondence
• Setting up new claims, appointing contractors, and updating internal systems
• Issuing payments and arranging settlements as needed
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
• Contributing to team success and driving business growth

Location: On site, Stoke-on-Trent, Hybrid working following probation.
Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week
