Position: Direct Claimant Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a monthly capture rate of 65% or higher.
  • Follow internal policies and external legislation, including equal opportunities.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues for optimal outcomes.
  • Manage your schedule to follow up on potential capture opportunities.
  • Persuade claimants to use esure Network Repairers and Suppliers, promoting our products when appropriate.
  • Handle incoming calls that could lead to third-party captures.
