Gallagher is seeking a Claims Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to clients via telephone and written correspondence. You will identify needs, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service experience, plus strong typing and basic computer skills. A proactive, professional communicator with attention to detail will fit well.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to a variety of customers via telephone and written communication.
• Service existing clients by identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer service inquiries, both verbal and written.
• Follow up on customer issues, research problems, and process documents necessary to ensure successful resolution.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the correct methods and tools.
• Handle calls and correspondence that are mostly routine, with occasional deviation from standard procedures.
• Maintain professionalism and build strong, positive relationships with clients.
