AXA UK is seeking a Leader to inspire, develop, and motivate a high-performing Claims team, driving operational excellence in a fast-evolving insurance landscape. You’ll shape the claims journey, champion data-driven decisions, and ensure fast, accurate service to customers while managing budgets and resources.
You’ll lead multiple teams, embed best-practice standards, collaborate across claims and supplier partners, and build strong internal and external relationships.

You'll navigate a changing market where customers demand trust, transparency, speed, and efficiency—championing the integration of new technology, embracing data-driven decision-making, and ensuring your team captures the accurate information that powers success across AXA Claims and beyond.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least three days a week (60%) away from home. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
